The property is located in Montemar Costa Blanca Spain. This is not a typical noisy Hotel Complex or Resort, it is a Family Friendly Retreat where you can relax, have fun and enjoy a relaxing holiday.
There are forty-eight properties, all similar in design and situated within a family-friendly gated residential area controlled by an electronic door entry system. There is also a gated communal swimming pool area, which is exclusive to the residence and registered holidaymakers.

Sleeping arrangements
Bedroom 1 – full-size double, fitted wardrobe, ceiling cooling fan, and bedside table and lamps.
Bedroom 2 – two single, fitted wardrobe, ceiling cooling fan, and bedside table and lamp)
The Lounge/Dining area is well furnished with an air conditioning dispenser, and sofa double beds.

Interior layout
Lounge: Flat screen tv, DVD player, CD player, acoustic guitar, expandable dining table and chairs, wall units with a wide variety of utensils.
The kitchen is fully fitted. It consists of a four-ring electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. (typical American style).
The bathroom is fully tiled with a full-size bath, overhead power shower, w.c. bidet and wash hand basin. All Linen supplied (except beach towels).

Exterior
There is a small solarium /porch and garden at the front of the dwelling and a relaxing outdoor lounge and BBQ area at the rear overlooking pine forestry and a sea view in the distance.

Twenty minutes walk to Algorfa Village.
