This property is in Montemar, a beautiful, developed family-friendly residential community near Algorfa Spain.
It is a residential area. The main gate is controlled by an electronic door entry system. There is also a gated communal swimming pool area, which is exclusive to the residence and registered holidaymakers.
Sleeping arrangements
Bedroom 1 – full-size double, with dressing table, fitted wardrobe, ceiling cooling fan, and bedside table and lamp.

The Lounge/Dining area is well furnished with air conditioning dispenser, two settees of which one can be used as a bed.

The kitchen is fully fitted. It consists of a four-ring electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. (Typical American style).
The bathroom is fully tiled with a full-size bath, overhead power shower, and WC. bidet and wash hand basin. All Linen supplied (except beach towels).

There is a balcony overlooking the pool. Solarium with an outhouse and BBQ area overlooking pine forestry and sea view in the distance.

Five minutes walk to the Algorfa Hotel and Restaurant.
Fifteen minutes walk to the La Finca Boutiques, Restaurants, and Supermarket.
Fifteen minutes’ walk from the accommodation is the world-famous La Finca Golf, Spa, and restaurant complex, one of the best in this part of Spain, serving a wide variety of Mediterranean Cuisine for lunch and dinner.
Twenty minutes walk to Algorfa Village.
